I love water except when it is in my house and not where it should be. Dog decided to chew the water hose behind the toilet???????????? Quick call to get it replaced and Steven came right out. It was like he was right down the street. Told me how to shut the water off and repaired the line. Helped clean up and even told my dog she was a good puppet but not to chew the toilet hose again???????? Would use again, butbhopefully won't have to for a long time.

Steven came out to our office at the end of a work day on short notice to clear what we all thought was just a clogged toilet. Long story short there was a significant blockage that he traced to outside of our unit and had to remove the toilet to clear. He was very informative through the process and gave us the instructions and documentation needed to get reimbursed for the service through out condo association. Thank you Steven for going above and beyond at the end of your shift, you rock.

Desperately in need of an installation of a new water heater. Roto-Rooter responded quickly and efficiently by answering our call and getting out to do the job. Justin was courteous, efficient, helpful and explained things to us in detail. The job was well done to our satisfaction, we would recommend Roto-Rooter.

I'm a service manager of 8 years and use about 1000 contractors across the country and reserve negative reviews for when it's serious. Typically I stay away from Roto Rooter because they are expensive but will use them in a pinch. I coordinated service with this branch, sent the proper paper work and waited for the scheduled date only to be told that they didn't want to do the work. It was simply replacing some fittings, a hose and some odds and ends. Simple standard plumbing work. They didn't even call me to let me know they decided not to honor the agreement. These guys might be great if you just need a leaky valve changed but I would stay away if you are dependent on the work to be done. I don't look at this like it's a one time thing, they agreed to the work then just didn't do it. It's just bad business and a reflection of how they operate.

We contacted Roto-Rooter and technician, Steven, called us back within 15 minutes of our initial contact. He said he would be here in a short time, and he certainly was arriving about 15 minutes later! Upon arrival he quickly identified the cause of the blockage presenting us with solutions to our recurring problem. We opted to do a replacement of the problem PVC joint; this replacement proved to be challenging due to large adjacent root growth. Steven worked dilligently and efficiently to complete the task. Throughout the process Steven was exceedingly professional and provided the quality customer service that we've come to expect from the Roto-Rooter Company!!!
