They came to our house yesterday. They said the problem that we were having wasn’t emergent, we could either use the basin we had so our pump could pump things out in time and not change anything or instal a bigger basin. An hour after they left our toilets started bubbling and the water rose. The issue we had was never this bad until after they came. We called them back today. They said they were coming at 3. At 4 pm they called to say they weren’t coming since we didn’t put the basin in, but their tech told me we didn’t need to as long as we didn’t put too much in the basin. They didn’t deem it as emergent. Nice way to make an appointment with your customer, they wait all day on you, then you cancel an hour after the appointment you scheduled with a customer at 7:30 a.m. Not the way I would run a business. Definitely reporting to the BBB.

Husband was so impressed. Tech was So helpful and knowlegable. Need septic tank looked at a new property. This young gentle man knew so much and told my husband what to, how to do it, why to do it, and when to do it. We would definitely call him back and refer others to call them.

They showed up on time if not before schedule. They returned until they found the problem. Very professional.

I agree with the reviewer who noticed many of these positive reviews are worded the same & are highly suspicious. “I called on Saturday and they came out within one hour”. Look for yourself. This practice is extremely deceptive & unethical, and for this reason I will not be using them to replace my water heater.

They installed a new septic system...the best customer service!!! Michael and Brandy did a fantastic job!
