Had a plumbing leak at my rental property and scheduled a service call with them for next afternoon. They stressed that they charge $125 an hour and make sure I have cash or check ready. Drove an hour and half to my property the next afternoon and waited all afternoon. I called them at 4:00 to see when they were coming and was told "Oh we're too busy to do that job". Sorry. Really! Couldn't give me a call and tell me. Would never call them again. They don't even deserve one star, but you can't put zero!

Despite me identifying the problem (leaky seal from under toilet) and showing the tech the leaks under the floor - he wasn’t interested in fixing the seal as I had mopped up the water .. - just said there were no leaks from the pipes and tank .. and no proof the seal was bad - left after giving me $125 bill for 20 minutes !! Won’t be using them again -

Excellent service and very friendly staff. We had their plumbers out at our business as we were restoring an old building. They were very prompt with having plumbers out here in a timely manner and they always got the job done. I would definitely recommend them

Great company. They get the job done right first. I have used them now 4 times in the past 5 year and never an issue. Gregory was my plumber today and he was awesome.
