Terrible company in general. They don't know anything about Castomer service! It's all about money company! And the worst part it their stuff! : 5 days after they installed water heater my outside AC condenser unit was stollen( they knew that the house is empty) I installed video cameras after that incident ! Avoid using this company!!!
Called them to have a plumber try to figure out why my water heater pilot light was going out every week. They said labor was $25 then the after the fact they tell me labor was $95 an hour. That aside the mechanic reset the pilot light and didn't even try to figure out why it keeps going out. Thanks for nothing
