OUTSTANDING! rare to find a business in Fort Lauderdale like PS! Cynthia was so helpful, and John was such a perfectionist installing my new sink.

Based on their ratings on the Nextdoor app, I employed PS Plumbing for a water heater replacement and now know why the ratings are so positive. We are VERY happy with their service. After setting up a service call with another company that failed us at every step and left us where we started after 5 days, we called PS and the job was done quickly and properly (and minus any of our previous frustration). Recommended!

Cynthia and PS Plumbing were there for us during the Irma preparation emergency. We are new customers and were treated like their biggest, best, and oldest customer. They give PRE-responders a great reputation. I look forward to having them in my contact list (and emergency contact list) for a very long time.

My original estimate from these guys was about $3000 but ended up being twice that, despite there being no changes from the original plan. As professionals, I expected them to give me an honest and at least fairly acurate idea of how much the job was going to be when I hired them but it wasn't even close. Because the men were paid on an hourly basis, they worked very slowly, made several mistakes that required do overs, and forgot to bring the right tools on the job that resulted in increased profit for them and headaches for me. I really don't think there could be a worse plumber in the area to hire. They completely took advantage of me as a first time renovator.

I've used these guys a couple of times now for service on my 1950's built home. They have been timely and professional. I'll continue to use them for any plumbing issues in the future.
