INEPT PLUMBER! Sent boy to replace tank seal. His Boss told him to charge me $220.00 because I have a toilet from the 1940's. Turns out, no special parts required.He couldn't do the job and left without job done. I paid $145.00 after $75 first time customer coupon. I Youtubed how to repair the job myself, and fixed the leak. Found out parts cost less that $15.00. Contacted Tammy who said she would have Service Manager call me. He NEVER did so. I deserve my money refunded, except to pay for parts.

I'm one of them who calls few services and takes the quote and then see who is the cheapest of all. On these dates, most of them charges for inspection and only then a quote is given.So we cannot make our choices easily. However, there are very few who still does free inspection and this company is one of them. That really know to do business at the cost of trip charge. Chances are that people may simply deny the service after the price. In my experience, I took the chance with someone who charged me and denied him for the price. On the other hand, I called Cass plumbing and he did not charge me for coming to my home and the service cost was also less compared to the other. Bottom line, they are competitive. So you can go for them. If you are not convinced, you can shop around. With respect to service, they were professional, on time and less talk and job done. I recommend them.

Tammy in the office was awesome and made my experience with Cass plumbing excellent. I had to have my water heater replaced and she worked with me through a few challenges. She was friendly, professional reliable (most important), and was communicative throughout the process. As far as the install goes, the guys who installed the water heater were very professional and friendly. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to which was really nice.

Out using the gas trimmer, and I ended up lacerating the PVC pipe to the irrigation system, and water gushed out. Had to shut off the water main. It was almost 4 pm. Panic mode. Needed to have water in the house, so I called around via Google map. A few places answered the phone but didn't have anyone available. Called Cass, and they said they had their on-call guy working on a job in my area of Tampa. An hour after the call, the tech showed up and got to work. Cut the old PVC out and replaced with a fancy expanding pipe. All done in about 20 min, glue and everything. No messing around, knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. If I had tried a DIY, we would have been without water until tomorrow. Cass saved the day; all done before the wife got home from work.

Called Cass Plumbing today (Saturday) for someone to come and fix my shower. Tammy answered the phone and was able to have a plumber come out within a couple hours. Richard showed up and was awesome. He was able to fix the problem in about 20 min! The experience from beginning to end was great, I would definitely use them again for any future issues.
