Hutch, randall, riff, and the man who came with Hutch have all been great! They've done so much work for us and made sure everything has been perfect and working better than before. I highly recommend these 4 and true plumbers as a whole. They're all great!

Steven Coolis was very professional. He should get a pay raise immediately. His work at my home hooking up our dog bathing tub was impeccable. He is an excellent asset to the Trueplumbers organization.

I highly recommend this company for routine as well as emergency plumbing needs in Central Florida. I live in Lakeland and had a crack in the pipe under my bathroom sink that was dripping very fast. Well, I tried to tighten the nut behind the angle stop valve, not knowing the PVC was cracked right there, and made the water spray all over the place very hard! My neighbor came running over to shut off the outside main valve and he recommended True Plumbers. When I called, they said they could be here in an hour and they were right on time. Professional, polite, fast and thorough in explaining how/why these older PVC pipes crack (our house was built i 2002). John and JP (Riff) were so polite and professional. Highly recommend this company and these two young men were outstanding!! The company I usually use (and have an annual contract with for routine inspections) had an answering service take my name and the problem so they could get back to me Monday! I will be using True Plumbers from now on.
