I don't write many reviews but this company deserves it. They came out last December and spent many hours working on our plumbing issues. Fixed it completely! They were friendly, efficient and did great work. We have another leak (not their fault) in a different part of our house so we will be calling them today. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Spoke to a lady named Susan. Absolute worse customer service. My husband and I just built a home and our tub is leaking. Apparently the water inspection includes filing the tub only an inch to ensure it doesn't leak, ours is leaking at the jets. They will not cover th is under warranty. When I called to question if this should be covered under warranty and asked about the water testing everyone quickly changed their moods. Susan was so extremely rude. She told me I was babbling when I explained our situation and then continued to ask how old I was because I sounded like a child. When I told her she could speak to my husband she hung up. They will not be doing our services. Customer satisfaction is awful.

Terrible customer service all around. Tech came to job site for a conversion on our new dryer and completely scratched the top with what must have been his tool belt. After we called we were told we’d be addressed by the owner directly and weeks later never received a phone call. Called to check in only to have the receptionist not only yelling , but cursing at us. Will not recommend their services to anyone.

Amazing customer service and the plumbers are very skilled and efficient.
