Kevin Walden is an OUTSTANDING A/C technician. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, provides terrific customer service, and goes above and beyond for his customer. He personifies the work ethic and customer service excellence I know Tanner Kielty strives for in his business. I have been a Kielty Cares customer for 5 years now and no, I am not related to nor did I know either gentleman prior to my business encounters with them.

This company puts in your A/C but then doesn’t care about it afterwards. A year and half later the A/C is blowing hot air, is backing up and leaking into our roof. They first claimed the AC stopped working due to a Freon issue. They added more. Then it still wasn’t work. Apparently a clog. They cleaned it. Still wasn’t working. Suggested I get more insulation in my roof. Did that. Still hasn’t worked. Suddenly it’s the coil. Almost three weeks later they replaced it. Still isn’t working. Had someone come out to find the issue. Dude just left after I begged for people to call me to explain the issue. Nope. Dude just left. My roof is leaking and my AC isn’t working only after a year and half. And they do not care that my AC from them isn’t working since they got my money. I feel like I’m the joke of the company. I don’t recommend.

Awesome my air stopped working and it was after hours on a Saturday and they were at my place in less then 20 minutes and got my air going. Technician was exemplary explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend

Can't say enough good about this company! My Technician Jack D. went way above an beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly, customer service is amazing! We'll definitely call them for future use...

Will Martinez is such a giver! He came in and repaired our plumbing problem like we were family. He didn't half step, he cut no corners. He found the issue and worked to resolve it. He did not leave until the job was completed. We recently moved from Georgia to Florida into a newly built home. There is always issues to resolve when you move into a new home and you are located in another state. But, Will, made this experience less painful. He also told us how to maintain our guest bathroom that we rarely use. We love Will and we pray that you do, too! He is one of your valued employees for sure!
