They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They were very polite and neat. I had some questions about the process and they took the time to explain it to me. I highly recommend them.

Had them come by to fix a leaky faucet about a year ago.... It took 2 trucks 3 people and 2 trips back to shop (they also broke off the handle...never fixed!!!) before it was supposedly fixed?.... charged me $185. I removed cartridge recently to repair the broken handle and they never even installed the washer. WOULD NEVER USE THESE PLUMBERS AGAIN!!! BEWARE

On time and very professional. I had water everywhere, my water heater was leaking. I called them and they were able to get someone out right away! They replaced my old worn out water heater with a much more energy efficient one. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. The tech was very professional and explained everything to me about my new heater. I would highly recommend this company

I hired this company to do some work on my toilets. One toilet was not put together correctly and I noticed it leaking after 2 days. The entire floor in my bathroom was warped and ruined. The owner said he would cover the cost of a new floor. I sent a letter and invoice for the floor repair to this company on Feb 5, 2018. They responded by offering half of what they owed me. I sent another letter on March 19, 2018, requesting payment ,in full, for the repair. I sent a third letter on May 28, 2018. I have not received payment. This is a company that is licensed and insured. They are just ignoring their obligation. I would never recommend Herndon Plumbing for anything. This is a DISHONEST company that will take advantage of a Senior Citizen on a fixed income.

Wonderful company. Timely, respectful, and great rates. We won’t be calling anyone else.
