I will not recommend these plumbers to anyone. Two years ago we had a toilet flush valve replaced by DP. The technician was polite and efficient. In a previous call the first plumber was not interested in solving a similar issue. This past month we called again. The two year old valve had developed a slow leak. This time the plumber looked inside the tank and the bowl and said that he saw no leak; that I might need a new toilet. They charge $120 an hour, but he would charge $80 for a 10 min. diagnostic fee. The leak is still there. No warranty... No more DP.

What an amazing company! Travis was on time and very courteous. He explained everything in terms any homeowner could understand and went to work quickly. He cleaned up after himself and left our work area spotless. Will use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks

Dial's technician, Anthony Daniels, is very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a thorough job. I certainly would recommend him to others. He represents the company very well.

We’ve been having issues with our air not cooling well for a few weeks now. We had Dial Plumbing come out to see what was going on. Jamie came out and was FANTASTIC! He was able to tell us the exact problem and fixed it! I’ve never seen our thermostat set on 75 when it read 75! Jamie is so knowledgeable and gave us great tips to keep our A/C running well! I would recommend Dial Plumbing and A/C for any job!
