DrainWizard replaced a hot water heater for me. They responded very quickly and did a great job. No complaints.

I can't recommend this company enough. I called Drain Wizard and 2 other companies on a Saturday (of course) and even though CARL and his staff were not working...CARL called me back immediately. The other companies told me they would have a tech. call me and be out there that day. CARL understood I would probably get my "back up" taken care of by one of them... If not...to call back and he would have it taken care of on Monday. Well, No one from the other two companies called or showed up and I ended up leaving CARL a message on Sunday evening. At 8:03 a.m. Monday ... CARL called me and had AUSTIN at my house BEFORE 9:00 a.m. AUSTIN took care of everything and was not only there to work, but took the time to reassure me that there wasn't a serious problem, just a build up from years of normal living. He had a FULL SCHEDULE already set up for the day, but made sure I had full use of my plumbing before heading out. The one thing I must add to this review is that BOTH CARL & AUSTIN were the perfect "definition" of the term: GENTLEMEN. I have found It very difficult to find good, sincere workers that are also gentlemen. I will be letting everyone know they can expect excellent work at a reasonable price.

My tenants had plumbing issues, called Carl based on his reviews. He was unable to get to the site when I called in the afternoon but assured me he would be there first thing in the morning, which he was. He solved the issues for a fair price, he will be my go to plumber from here on.

Summary: Austin is a true SKILLED PROFESSIONAL and from this experience I will absolutely use Drain Wizard of Cocoa again. The long and short it is I recommend this company to you. The rest of the story: Diana Shores, Merritt Island, Florida: At 0800 we discovered two toilets in older house not clogged but not draining the bowls with much water pressure. While looking at toilets we also discovered water valve at wall beneath one of the toilets to be old, rusty and leaking small droplets of water, we closed that valve and water leaking stopped (short term fix). Happened upon Drain Wizard of Cocoa from an online search and reached out to them. Manager let us know they would have a plumber at our house as soon as possible. An hour later Austin arrived from Drain Wizard of Cocoa (earlier than expected) and got to work quickly and quietly. Austin did a visual assessment, briefed us on the problem, answered all of our questions courteously and within thirty minutes he had all of our plumbing problems solved. Drain Wizard sent us a plumber who was knowledgeable, courteous and he cleaned up after himself as quick as he got to work. The fact of the matter is I can't tell you how good Austin is at playing a musical instrument or cooking an eight course dinner because I have never seen him play music or cook however I witnessed his skills as a plumber today and I can tell you Austin from Drain Wizard of Cocoa is a superstar when it comes to solving plumbing challenges. Nice work Drain Wizard of Cocoa, whoever hired Austin made a very wise decision.
