Definitely would recommend. I had a leaking manifold that Justin had to dig into the slab a little to repair. Was very personal and worked with me to accommodate my needs.

Very friendly customer service, very prompt, but the most important thing is they always answer their phone. That speaks volumes about a company in today's market. If you answer your phone, you get the business. A+ 10/10 will use again.

Made a total “bonehead” move trying to repair the guts of my toilet on a holiday weekend. Called 2 24- hour outfits before A Plumber. They answered the phone and had everything fixed on Memorial Day with 2 hours. Highly recommend.

My wife called this guy while I was out of town as there was a leak in our water tank. He came round and charged $50 to look at the job and told my wife the water tank needs to be replaced and he can do it very quickly the next day for $1300. On further investigation from myself when I got home, it was easy to see there was nothing wrong with the actual tank and the water was coming from the leaking gas control unit which I replaced myself for a total cost of $110. I wrote to this guy and asked him to explain himself twice and got no reply. A typical case of someone trying to take advantage of what they thought was a female with no knowledge in this field. Need I say more, be aware of my experience with this guy and be smart and go elsewhere!!

Terry Grimes and A Plumber are really a great organization. They are pleasant, knowlegeable and easy to work with. I am dealing with a cast iron pipe problem and they are with me every step of the way and have tried to make this as easy as possible. Right off the bat his price was $200 less for first repair than another quote. Justin is the guy who has been doing most of repairs and he also is very knowlegeable and pleasant. He even cleans up after himself (I would ask him to marry me but I am already taken) Good plumbers with a good attitude and good prices. Thank you A Plumber and associates!
