Professional and thorough. We had a serious clog in our main line and issues with our shower draining. Garnet made sure we were satisfied before he left. When we realized our shower had suddenly stopped draining again I ran outside to catch him before he left. He came in and spent another few hours working it out. We now have someone coming out to put a camera down there so see what the real problem is and check for a break in the line (no extra cost) AND he gave us a 6 month guarantee so he will come back if it clogs again for free. Total was 350 to unclog our main line and 100 to unclog our shower drain. Crossing my fingers we don't need to call again but if we have to it's covered. Good honest company.
