These people are a complete joke. I wish I had took the time and looked at the other reviews. The owner came out spent 1.5 hours and charged $275 (I have the exact times thanks to my security cameras). Keep in mind I already had the wall opened up and all that was done was a 3' section of pipe and a new valve. I was told $95 an hour so the math just don't add up. When I decided to question the bill after not receiving quotes to get the entire house re-piped I was told that since 2 plumbers came the price increased to $145 but the 2nd guy was only there for the last 1/2 hour. I never requested 2 plumbers and why would it ever take 2 plumbers to replace a 3' section of pipe that went from the sink over to feed the toilet 3' away. I feel like if they come and think you are between a rock and a hard place then they will screw you.

I called earlier last week and made an appointment for them to install a sink, faucet and fix our master bathroom sink line as it was draining super slow. I gave them all my info and set it up for the last appointment on Friday. No one showed up. I started calling all their numbers Friday afternoon and didn’t get an answer. Finally someone called me back around 430 and told me she didn’t have my name on the schedule but would call the owner and call me back as soon as she heard something from him. It’s now Monday and I still have not gotten a call back.

I honestly recommend taking your business elsewhere because these people will rip you off. I asked for a free estimate, the guy came out and charged 107$. They said the free estimate was him telling me the price over the phone! Haha. And they were rude and have no respect for the customer. What happened to the customers always right??????
