After having another plumbing company put me off three times, I called Alternate Design Plumbing this morning and dispatched someone at my house almost immediately. We had Frank come to our house to install our new dishwasher. It was a challenging project for him because the plumbing on the old dishwasher was not connected properly originally by the previous owner. He went out of his way to do his job in a very effcient and professional manner. I was impressed at how he turned around someone else's mess into a perfectly working project. I was very pleased with his work and the whole company's professional operation. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Quality work done by friendly and skillful plumbers. Very pleased we used them to replace our bathroom sink and satisfied we were treated fairly. Two weeks later I had to call them about a very minor issue involving grout on he work they did. They were at my home the next morning and did the right thing. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Alternate Design Plumbing resolved a chronic plumbing issue at my home where two other plumbing companies only provided temporary relief. We had a kitchen sink which drained very slow or not at all for the past few years. After the latest incident we finally called ADP and their plumber Keith discovered about 10 ft. of an old plumbers snake cable in the drain pipe that had broken in several pieces and left by the previous homeowner. We were stunned. Keith was very persistent and at one point even had to go up on the roof to remove some pieces from the vent pipe which could not be removed from underneath the kitchen sink. I recall one of the plumbers from a previous company we used said they weren't even allowed to go up on the roof. WTF? Needless to say these guys are our go-to plumbers now.........Thanks for the refrigerator magnet!
