All the negative reviews are true. The one 5 star is fake. These guys almost ran me over when I was outside a mechanic shop waiting for my truck. Rude, unprofessional and disgusting people! Do not do bussiness with them, please find someone else, there are plenty of other people out there!! BTW the license plate was BJL T51

Worst experience ever with a simple HWH install. Water scalding hot + they cracked the WH catch pan never came back to seal the cracked pan. WHtr keeps tripping the reset now its tripping the breaker as well. Owner is unprofessional and rude and doesn't keep his word. Would not recommend this company...May contact BB Bureal if they fail to make their botched job whole...

I had a pipe go bad right by my ac unit. Concerned about the unit and the water bill I wanted it fixed quick. Land lord called these guys and I called the city to come turn the water off. City was quick. These guys were not. They said they would be here yesterday at 3:30 and did not show up till 5:30. Mom tried to make the guy from the city stick around to talk to him but of course they are not going to wait two hours. When they showed up they looked for 5 minutes and said that everyone went home already and he would be back next day at 7:30. So 1 night without water is whatever. We made it work. Next day He was a no show at 7:30, we called, excuses and would be there soon. Finally me and the neighbor dug it out and fixed it ourselves. It is now just before 10:00, I have water again because I knew what I was doing. If I was an old women I would be sitting here going on 2 days without a toilet.
