Gator Drain and Plumbing

I have been having bizarre water pressure issues at a house I had recently purchased. Gator helped to identify the issues (both city and my connection) and got it resolved. I recommend them with no reservations. Great HONEST people to work with.

This company is a complete joke! The first time frame given was 1-3pm. When a no call, no show happened at 3 pm I called and was told it was actually 130pm-330pm. Of course no call, no show at 330pm so I called back. I spoke to a male who sounded as if he was a owner or management and he stated the tech was behind and it would be 430pm-530pm. At 530pm, still no call, no show. When I called back, I was told I was being “a dick” and I was unintelligent. This company has zero customer service skills. As far as the tech, I won’t speak to the quality of work do to my warranty company canceling the vendor. I will never resort to calling this company again. Better yet, when the warranty company called, they were just as rude to the rep....... I hope they loose more then just business due to this review.

Had a main water valve that turned off, then wouldn't turn back on! David was super helpful and sent Carl G out to my house (Fort Myers) before noon. Within less than 2 hours the job was done, and Gator had departed. They will definitely be my plumber of choice in the future. SUPER service and skills.

Absolutely perfection running water from house to 2 different locations on our new dock. Not only the best price, showed up on time, left no mess, actually used copper in certain areas of hook up. Will use these guys again on next plumbing issue. Thanks to all who help expedite.
