Roto-Rooter

My plumbing issue started over the weekend. I was able to talk to a technician and he assured me it would be OK until Monday. I appreciated his honesty and called first thing Monday morning. A technician came out and fixed the problem easily. The technician that came out was knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely will use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Used Rota Rooter twice in past 2 years. I asked for Fred(technician I used last time) and once again, he was Awesome.. Quick, professional, very knowledgeable about his business. Will be asking for his service again in the future I’m sure...My house is getting old and so are the pipes!

I always use Roto Rooter for my rental property drain issues. Over twenty years so far. Only once was I disappointed. Even then the went to great lengths to correct the issue. Very professional, technicians are polite and knowledge. We have had better service using Roto-Rooter than local plumbing businesses, they have competitive rates and they are available 24/7! Today Rich and Set came out to unclog a drain and they were great handling the job as well as very nice.

Dexter and Terrance are the best!! They worked so hard to resolve the plumbing problem. I have no doubt they would do whatever it takes to finish the job that same day. I would never call anyone before I call Roto-Rooter. Truly the best!
