Bobby Gene Moody & Son Plumbing

I have called several times, lady takes a message and nothing happens from there, I have yet to actually hear back from the plumber. Not sure if this is a business or someone working out of their home, however, it is very poor business practice. I called a few days ago and left several messages. Called back this morning and she said she would yet again get a message to him and that she did see my name on the list. If you need a plumber, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE!

If 0 stars was an option that is the rating this business would get. He charged me $120 and guaranteed his work; however, he did not resolve the issue, I tried to call him within 12 hours of him being at my home to inform him that the issue was not resolved. He ignored my calls for 2 weeks and then finally called and informed me that he was not going to fix my issue or return my money and there was nothing I could do about. Just a fair warning to other people in the future.
