Drain Busters

Never had service from them but today on 42 I watched one of their trucks liter right in the middle of the road. Professionally if you’re driving a company car don’t throw trash out the window with traffic behind you or at all would be preferred. I promise it can wait till you find a trash can.

Great experience with Todd at Drainbusters.....first time I used them. They were responsive ,professional and pleasant to deal with. I had a whole house back up and Todd came sooner than they said and worked and found the reason and cleared the clogs. Thank you so much for your great service.

I just moved into a house. The hot water heater was installed by Drain Busters. In October the original homeowner found that the hot water heater wasn't working at which point drain busters came out and supposably fixed the hot water heater by turning the thermostat up, still charging them $275! Once I finally moved in the hot water heater still did not produce hot water at which time I called Drain Busters again due to the fact they installed it and it was still under warranty. I had to come home from work to meet the guy. The first guy they sent out tried flipping the breaker and hitting the reset button and after his attempts failed he suddenly left stating he had to take his wife to the doctor. ???? The following day I called Drain Busters again and asked what I needed to do. He told me that they did in fact install the hot water heater but because the hot water heater was not directly from them they will not be considering it under warranty. He did however say he would replace the two heating elements for another charge of $240. I am a single woman living on my own and this is the first home I've bought and I've been in it for two days and haven't even been able to take a hot shower. I am so disappointed with the customer service from Drain Busters!

They are honest and always have a solution.
