Supposed to arrive on Monday. Did not show. Finally arrived after 5 pm on Tuesday. A simple job— replace shower cartridges in 2 showers. Did not have proper parts and tools. Had to borrow mine. Then had to go to Home Depot for other parts. Did not come back for over an hour. Called and said his truck had broken down. Turns out he ran out of gas! Then, he had to go BACK to Home Depot for another part. By now it’s close to 9 pm. He changes the cartridge on one shower. Then starts on the other ( now close to 10 pm). He can’t do this one because he can’t remove the set screw. Why? Because he doesn’t have the right tools or parts. So he informs that he won’t do the second shower. I check the first shower and find that he put the handle on upside down. Had to call him back from his truck to fix it before he left. I paid him for 1/2 the job. Best part? The shower he “fixed” is now leaking! Will be calling another plumber today to get the job done right. A total waste of money. A great example of “ you get what you pay for “.

Retired to Jacksonville, my budget was wearing thin an we had numerous plumbing problems,very affordable and caring to our needs,prompt an professional,my wife's loves the new water heater!!!

Omg I had 4 faucets, a garbage disposal, and 2 brand new toilets put in they only charged me $200 and warranty there labor for 2 months since I bought the fixtures. They were the ones who showed me where and what to buy they said it would be cheaper if I bought it cause if they would have they said there would mark up. They just trying to save me money and they sure did I would recommend this company to everyone they know what they're doing.

Cody came right out to my home to fix the leak in the waterline behind my refrigerator. I was able to turn my water back on. It was very much appreciated.
