Brandon was sullen, uncommunicative and literally didn’t want to get his hands dirty. He insisted on starting with. $1200 minimum fees without even looking at anything. We live in the country and nobody bothered to ask any questions that would have made it obvious they couldn’t help us. They just sent a jerk to collect $40 while attempting to convince me I had to spend thousands. There was a clean out to access but he insisted his machine wouldn’t fit, was not long enough, and other lame excuses for us to spend thousands without trying any other options. The next plumber we called offered much more reasonable options. For example, a 300 ft jet that will reach. Why can’t a big company like Arrow offer such an option? I’ve since heard they are known for just wanting to install accesses for their own convenience. They sure weren’t looking out for my interests!

A great job!.......Kitchen faucet was 20 years old. New one works just fine. Not the first time I have used Arrow Plumbing. Have always found them to be professional and knowledgeable about taking care of their customer! Thank you Brandon! - Wayne

Excellent customer service, but lost a star because I thought it was kind of expensive. $40 just to come out, and then $99 for less than five minutes of work on my garbage disposal. The guy that came out (Chance) was awesome, he took the time to educate me on what was wrong and how to fix it if it happens again, he was great with my huge Great Dane, and was very careful not to wake my napping 7 month old. Over all great experience.

Received representative, Sean for a walk through to address any and all issues with plumbing system. He conducted himself professionally, has great mannerism with customers. Ensures customer understanding clearly and precisely as to what effect could eventually happened and that no issues were present. When approached with question[s], responds properly.

Friendly, dependable, and accommodating people. Some techs, and journeymen are condescending, and hard to deal with. These Guys were good from the initial phone call, to the service call. I highly recommend this company.
