Had a plumbing emergency Sunday afternoon and called every plumbing service in and around Jupiter, Fl on google. Only Dixie really offers 24 hours service. They sent me a plumber in 45 minutes. Greg did a great job and is pretty pleasant.

We have used Dixie Plumbing since moving to Jupiter. We currently live in a home built in 1971, and well, as you can imagine, we have had our share of plumbing issues. Dixie Plumbing came out today to fix our latest issue. We had a mysterious drop in water pressure that appeared to get worse when we flushed our master toilet. Their plumber ran through a couple of trouble shooting items, but didn't give up when the issue continued. He eventually found a faulty valve located on the exterior of our home. He quickly ran to grab a replacement part and had our pressure back and better than ever. This issue took some patience, and a bit of detective work, but they were able to come out within 24 hrs and have it resolved. In addition, their plumber was sure to put on protective booties to ensure our home was kept clean, explained everything he was doing along the way and was extremely polite. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service, professional staff, I can't say enough good things about this company. I am a realtor and had a tight deadline to replace old polybutylene pipes in a home I sold. Dixie got the work started and finished in time and did a fabulous job. I will recommend them to all of my current and future customers. Awesome experience!

I have had Dixie come out several times for small jobs. They are prompt, easy to work with, and always address the problem.

Had a Kohler valve replaced by Dixie. They charged $225 for a 30 minute install. Total was $365. They are almost twice the price of other plumbers in Jupiter, FL used in our complex. I made a mistake thinking they were the people I used before. If you use them, get a quote up front and compare. I notified the company and they just stated "that's what we charge". Beware
