Working with Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air, Inc. has been such a refreshing experience. Jennifer at the office is one of the most patient people I have dealt with and Phil, you are amazing. BAIT & SWITCH — MAJOR RIP OFF!!! 1. I was told there was no charge for an estimate to repair my tankless hot water heater, which I believe this company installed. 2. Instead service man shows up, tells me unit is old, I should replace for $1400. He did not even touch it! 3.When I asked for an estimate to repair ... I was told the “diagnosis” to give me an estimate to repair would be $300.00. 4. Was then told that since $1400 was too much ... it could be replaced for $800.00. REALLY!?! Again, the Service guy - had NO EVEN TOUCHED IT!!! WARNING!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Hi-Tech was extremely professional, explaining and showing me everything step by step. Johnny went above and beyond when fixing my unit. Carlos was also great, both were friendly and quick to answer any questions that I had. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who need any work done.

The technician Phillip Julian was awesome. I have had technicians come after hours before from other companies and it always seems like they are in a rush to leave. Phillip however was very thorough and made sure the clog was gone. It started raining and I asked him if he wanted to wait it out, but instead he continued and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend their service to anyone needing it, specially after hours when you are in more of a need and already stressed. Thank you for making a bad situation much easier and resolving the issue in a timely and thorough manner.
