I called for service and he was very pleasant and said he was out having lunch with his grandchildren and said that he would call me in an hour and see if I found someone. He called me back and I gave him the address. The tenant said he was extremely rude and arrogant. When I went over he was pleasant enough to me. He proceeded to tell me how cheap he was compared to everyone else. He "made" a washer out of a piece of rubber he had and charged me $90.00. I told him it was high and he said no it wasn't because he didn't charge a service charge or a weekend charge. I told him as far as I was concerned the service charge was added in. I would never use this guy again or recommend him to anyone. He is a ripoff.
