I had to have the innards of my toilet tank repaired/replaced, the guys came, looked at what had to be done and got right to it. They told me what they were doing and why the old feller was very friendly and out going, the youngin was very efficient and took great care to not make a mess and left the area spotless I will most defiantly use them again and will recommend them to some one needing a plumber
Did not install water heater to FL code (504.6(5)). No urgency for Service Contract/Warranty customers. Waited several days for an appt to look at our leaking water heater. Finally scheduled for 3/22. Then several days to schedule the install of new one (3/28). 9 days without hot water and we are still waiting (4/4) for them to come back and correct the code problem (did not connect the water to the TPR piping). They came 4/5 as a result of this post. But instead of connecting the water heater to the existing piping, they ran a pipe down the side to the pan. Meets code.
I never give reviews but what service is outstanding as I got I have to. Garey came over here late at night and spend over 2 hours and fix the problem nobody else could fix. If I could give six stars I would. Such an honest decent man and outstanding company I highly recommend.
Very efficient kind getleman who kept their promise for time and price quote for service. Replaced older water heater without making a mess. Would definitely call these guys again!????
