RJ Kielty has been to our home on several occasions, from yearly maintenance to repairing any of our plumbing needs. The technicians are always professional, kind, and informative. Jack was our technician the past few visits. Very quick with fixing a few issues and wonderful customer service. Thank you!
I’d be happy to change this when they actually show up to the appointment, or at least CALL if they’re not going to make it. Two appointments, two no shows. Unacceptable. If we weren’t dealing with them because of our home warranty we’d be calling another plumber because we are not impressed. If you want better ratings you need to be better about keeping your appointments. If you cannot make it, you need to call your customers. One is bad enough, but two? Pure. Lazy. Like I said - if I need to change this when they actually show up, I’ll be happy to. So SHOW UP.
Jack, the plumber RJ Kielty sent was great.He was very knowledgeable and respectful and offered great customer service. Having a lot of plumbing work done can be overwhelming and stressful but both Jack and Jesse, the manager, went above and beyond making my experience a memorable one. They set my mind at ease with their level of knowledge, calming demeanor and can-do attitude. Now my plumbing problems are history.
On a personal note business to business this company is HIGHLY recommended by US. Everyone there gave me the BEST customer service and is very patient to our needs. Excellent - Quality, Prompt and Professional. I really can't say enough good things about RJ Kielty. I worked with Jack Dungey, who came out on a Saturday (for no extra charge). The price quote was a fixed fee based on project -- not hours and parts were included. Price was very reasonable. I called about 10 plumbing companies and this was by far the most professional and organized. They'll be my go to and Jack provided incredible customer service.
