Gillum-Waddell Plumbing Co

-12/10 would not recommend!! I recently had a plumbing emergency. I was recommended to Gillum-Waddell from another plumber. At first, they were nice and took my information, which they said they would "pass along to the owner" and that he would contact me with 24 hours.... 72 hours later no one had contacted me. When I got home, on Thursday, there was a note on the door that someone had tried to stop by while I was at work. It would have been nice to get a call before hand. I immediately call the number and get the "on call plumber, who tells me to contact the office on Monday, since it is the weekend? It's Thursday? I contact the office the next morning, on Friday. They say they had the wrong number and will pass the corrected one on to the boss. Again, he will contact me before the end of the day. Big surprise, no one called. This goes on for two weeks. I call, leave the "updated information" and no one contacting me. In the meantime, I have contacted and contracted another plumber. Never spoke with "the boss " I would not recommend this plumber to anyone.

They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable & engaging.

Tommy and the folks here really took the time to make sure they had a happy customer. They were polite and prompt. Kevin the plumber was a hard worker and someone I trusted being at my elderly parents home. The most important part is they are honest and hold their word. Highly recommended to anyone.

You get what you pay for ! These guys bailed me out today . They came after hours and saved the day. Amazing service and top notch skills ! Thanks guys for the A+ all the way around. I will call again when needed without hesitation.
