If anyone ever needs a plumber you should definitely call Country side plumbing. I can home to a backflow emergency and needed someone out ASAP. Tom came out and fixed it immediately and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! I would absolutely recommend him!

Tom, the owner, responded to my call quickly when my home had no water due to a backflow preventer "explosion". Arrived within 30 minutes of my call and had me back up in just a few minutes. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, walked me through the repairs made and showed me the damaged parts. Also, and most importantly, exceptionally reasonable price for parts and labor during off hours. Will use exclusively going forward.

I did request to be present for a back-flow test that they said it fails on their testing. I did not see nothing wrong with the back-flow after. I know this test results can change by the temperature, the water actual pressure and the technician's testing gauge tool calibration. The Water County test shows a different results of their test. If I have to pay someone to do a work, I want to see what I'm paying for, I simply not trust other people's work. This company representative said that they don't like customers been on their shoulders while they working and that I cannot request to be present during that test. That they simply won't come out again. That they not obligated to show what they do. I consider the representative rude and not professional, says a lot about this company. I'm a service technician and I always like to explain to my customers what I do, why does it and shows a proof if something are wrong. I understand if normally they do the test on the fly, acceptable only when the test pass, once fails they should contact the customer, I was home all day never knock the door. I don't recommended.

This company is a sham. I had them come out and do a backflow test and they said it failed. I called another company to come and fix it and they said that it passed the backflow test. This company come to find out did this to my sisters-in-law and same thing called a different company and found out they didn’t fail. Don’t use this company.
