Ward's Plumbing Services

Ward's Plumbing was scheduled on the July 8th 2019 between 10am to noon. With no call or or advanced notice on that day a representative arrived at 8:30 am to review the issue concerning my tenants instant water heater. My tenant and I had arranged 10am arrival so we could both be there upon there scheduled arrival to assess the issue. Needless to say this highly unprofessional approach was further worsened by the fact that the Ward's representative lacked the knowledge and understanding of the issue he was sent to review and assess. Needless to say the matter was left unresolved. After consulting the manager who arranged the time the 10 to 12 appt. He abruptly lost his professionalism and would not answer why the appointment time was changed without consulting either me or my tenant. Furthermore I was billed $95.00 for this inconvenience, unprofessional service. I have used Ward's Plumbing in the past on several occasions and had no issues with their services but this unprofessional untimely issue with no apologies for the rescheduled time is simply UNACCEPTABLE. FAVORABLE FOLLOWUP THANKS TO MIKE, SENIOR MANAGER AT WARD'S PLUMBING I received a followup call from Mike yesterday regarding my initial complaint, he diligently listened to my comments reiterating my experience and subsequent disappointment. He pledged to return the the $95.00 charge which was assessed and paid. Needless to say I am especially thankful to Mike for his observations and favorable followup. Thanks again Mike I did receive your $95.00 refund promptly. I look forward to utilizing your services in the future when the need arises.

Wards did a good job for me. It was a shower repair and they worked with me to replace the hardware rather than opening up the wall. They were fast and did the job well.

I decided to repipe my 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse after having two potential sales fall through because of polybutylene pipes. I met with a few plumbing companies before meeting with David Ward. After David left my home, I knew I would be hiring Ward's Plumbing to install PEX piping. He explained the installation to me thoroughly. I couldn't be more impressed with everyone who worked on my project, including Lindsey in the office.
