Bill Fenwick Plumbing

We have used Fenwick several times. I give five stars for all of the visits, but today I am writing about our experience this week. Brandon was our service professional. He was fantastic. We needed two new toilets and service as well. He worked non stop and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and just seemed like a very nice guy. I will continue to use Fenwick . We love our new toilets (something I never thought I would write) !!

The plumbing technician was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the company wanted to charge me $480 for what I was told would be less than one hour of work (no parts involved). Plus the service fee of $89. Understand that the company was recently sold and the pricing structure has changed. I declined and now I have a shower that does not work with a full house of visitors. Disappointing experience.

I’m only giving one star because zero wasn’t possible. Fenwick wanted $171 to replace a rubber toilet flapper, a $5-10 item. I chose not to repair it because of the high price and they gouged me with an $89 “diagnostic fee.” Whatever happened to free estimates? Stay away from Fenwick if you don’t like being gouged.

TO BE FAIR, I DID NOT USE THE PLUMBER BUT....They want to charge an $89 service fee for an estimate. We are looking to install an additional outdoor spicket so I have no idea how much it will be but they did state on the phone upfront there would be a fee and I politely declined. Guess they don't need business too badly if they would not even do an estimate. So be sure to ask if there is a fee before scheduling any estimates/trips

The plumber on the job did satisfactory work, nothing exceptional, but was misleading on the fees. They charged $750 for a very simple repair that another quality plumber would have done for less then half. I also found their scheduler to be unprofessional. Would strongly encourage anyone reading this to use another plumber and/or plumbing company.
