Sonny Firth Plumbing Co Inc

I had a leak in my kitchen on Monday and called Mr. Firth to my home. First, he couldn't figure out how to shut off the water. Then, he removed a large section of my copper tubing, he said that was leaking. He left us with a flooded kitchen to clean up. On Wednesday, it started leaking again when we ran the dishwasher. We called several times with no response. He answered finally and said he was sick and would come back the next day and "make it right". I called Friday and left a message and he didn't return my call. Saturday I went to the address on the website for his business. It was his home address and he was installing flooring in his home. He told me he fixed my leak and to get off his property. That doesn't make it right for me.

Sonny is a great plumber and a wonderful human being. He was very helpful when I moved into my new home and had several plumbing issues.
