We called for a repiping estimate and were told it would be two months, which was fine. They called last week with a sooner opening and we took the appointment. They were supposed to come Tuesday between 9-12. Around 11 my husband and I got messages that they were running late and to call or text if we still wanted them to come, which we did. No reply and didn’t show up. My husband called around 4 and was told they were having trouble with a truck and could they come the next day, they could be there by 10:30. He said sure. Next day was another no show, and no response to text/phone call. After this experience I wouldn’t trust them to come and even finish the job once they started.
