This the second time we have used them. Once in an emergency and they were right here Today to replace pressure valve on water heater but when we moved things to get it ready for Jason we said bet he tells us need new one. Well when he saw the rust and that it was a 2004 model he explained he could replace pressure part but it did not look good and it might burst and we had a lot of things it could ruin we purchased new one and it was delivered before he could completely remove the old one and install new pipes, they are here on time prompt with their job and efficient, we trust them and their word. That’s why we are a return customer

Installed a brand new water system in 2015 and has been nothing but trouble ever since. A huge money pit ! For repairs and service calls. Take my advice and save yourself Alot of headaches go somewhere else. They also installed my brand new water heater with crossed wires and had to return when that didn't work to correct the wires. All true. I hung in there with them for longer than I should because I really new nothing about these things but boy, have I learned, Alot !!

I called Davis Jr Plumbing the previous weekend and they contacted me immediately to ask if this was an emergency. I let them know Monday would be fine. The followed up Monday morning and dispatched a tech. Eric stopped by, discussed my options, gave me an estimate and did the work the same day. I am a contractor myself and I know quality when I see it. Nice job Eric and crew at Davis Jr Plumbing. I will recommend you to my customers as well.

I had a water heater warranty swap out done (originally purchased and installed by them as well). At first there was a mix up on pricing but the owner contacted me directly and assured they would make everything right. An employee named Morris came out and did the swap out. He was friendly, fast, and overly thorough. He was attentive to any of my concerns and went above and beyond what I believe he was required to do. Although the process started out rough, the steps taken to make everything right far outweighs the mix up in the beginning. I would recommend Davis Jr. and I will continue using them in the future.

So far so reliable! I called 5 places with no response until I found this company. Woke up sat with water throughout kitchen it appeared it was seeping from under cabnits, nice guy fixed leaky pipe & put wall back together as I wanted it.
