The owners of this company left the following review on another company’s website: “Talk about a shock walking into this place!! Had we known they employed these kinds of people, we would have paid more for a true legal American company to handle our roof. They really should let people know that girl will be there when you walk in and that other one too. We will be taking our business to a more honest legal company in the future. After weeks of back and forth our roof looks good. But for me it wasn’t worth sacrificing my beliefs on who I choose to interact with. And I refuse to interact with those girls. These are my opinions and my right to free speech!” The 2 women in question were an African American woman & a woman of Indian descent BOTH of which are 100% legal US citizens. Consider this when you’re choosing who you will interact with and give your hard earned money to... And to the owners, it’s 2019, brown people exist... get over it!
It is 2019 and we still have racists in this country. Who knew. The owner and his wife were very nasty to the roofers because they felt they were not true Americans. The owners are Caucasian and so are their construction workers, however, there is an Indian lady and an African American lady in the front. They did not like that “those people” worked there and proceeded to leave the company a one star review on yelp because of it. Not because the work was bad, but because they were employed there. Please guys. There are many options for plumbing in south Florida. Avoid this company if at all possible. You can do better.
If you run a small business, you obviously have had ZERO training on how to grow that business and connect with your local community. Spewing hate to another local business, a VENDOR THAT DID THEIR JOB AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO IT WELL, simply because that business has diversity among their employees, is absolutely appalling and inexcusable. Your business will go straight down the same toilet you profess to maintain and repair!
Mr and Mrs Turner are racist bigots. They use their white privileged to try and belittle people of color who are hard working AMERICANS. I wouldn’t use their service if they were the last plumbing company left in AMERICA.
The way you treated those woman and workers was purely disgusting and racist. May you learn from this and hopefully change for the better. If not, good luck remaining in business with these sick beliefs in 2019. Racism will not be tolerated to any person or group of individuals. Keep this up and the only color you WILL NOT be seeing is green.
