Rapid was recommended to me by a contractor friend. Our condo association had just been fleeced by an outfit that wouldn't have looked out of place at the OK Corral and, as a consequence, many issues had subsequently arisen. Rapid sent us a chap (Justin - what a guy) who arrived on time, assessed the situation and scheduled a time when we could warn the residents that the water would be shut off, and for how long. We called the City, they turned off the water the next day, by which time Justin had returned, then he did all the work, and even ended up doing more for other residents who had been affected by the original botched job. The price? Very reasonable. The attitude? Extremely professional. The work? I'm 100% happy, as are my neighbours. It's restored my faith that, even in South Florida, there are still SOME companies that deliver a service worthy of payment. If the association has any plumbing issues in future, we know exactly who to call.

I've been on jobs where Rapid was also working and due to the quality they provided I starting using their services as well. Bob is great.

I stopped at an intersection on Palmetto Park Rd. in Boca Raton because the signal light was yellow, and had been yellow for about 2-3 seconds, and a white van with name on the side "Rapid Plumbing & Mechanical Inc" that was behind me honked his horn at me as if I had done something wrong. I looked in my rear view mirror and the driver was talking on his cell phone. Amazing how incredibly self-centered is the driver, seemingly oblivious to the danger the driver poses to others in talking on his cellphone, yet honking at others who are just following the signs. Undoubtedly, he would have run a red light if he had continued through the intersection. I saw the name ""Rapid Plumbing & Mechanical Inc" when the signal turned green and he drove around me.

The best of the best! Office staff is courteous every time I call. I almost always have a plumber out to my location the same day! Reasonable prices. Excellent work! I never have to call back for the same issue. Honest and reliable. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I used Rapid Plumbing to service both my Air Conditioning unit and my Pool Pump. They did great work on both jobs and their technician even offered to install a fan motor for only the cost of the part before we finally decided to just replace the entire unit (It was around 20 years old). They do great work, they're honest, and most importantly, they treat you like a family member. I cannot recommend them enough.
