The two gentleman that came out to my home were very kind and ultimately got the job done (after a few tries). My issue is not with them so much as it is with the office. The office initially wanted me to pay for the two plumbers hour-long lunch break. They later credited me back a half hour on my bill after some back and forth. While the plumbers were working they damaged my custom closet system which backs up to the master bath. The office refused to pay for this damage as they said, "they had no idea what was on the other side of that wall." I'm fairly certain it's your responsibility to find out the scope of the work prior to drilling aimlessly into my walls. This is now an added cost I have to incur. Moreover, after they spent an entire day at my home the valve for the tub began to leak. They did come out first thing the following morning to repair this, however, it just compounded an already negative experience. Next time I will call Solty's Plumbing.

Good plumbing company located in Boca Raton. They have fair prices and stand behind their work. I called around and got cheaper prices over the phone from other companies, but when they finished the job it was more that H&H quoted me and I wasn't satisfied. Next time I'm sticking with H&H!

Great service, fixed what other couldn't
