Took a little while for them to come out. But I must say when he did arrive he was great! I now have used both Plumbing Today and Cool Today. Very satisfied with their service.
Junior was just wonderful. He was friendly and very competent. He had to go out of his way to get a pump for the job and did that cheerfully and without complaint. Kendrick, his helper was also very nice. I would gladly recommend Ray Duncan/Cool Plumbing to anyone.
Daniel did a great job today. He checked everything possible. Then I mentioned I had a leak from the air conditioner before. He checked it.and water started to pour out. He then called dispatch and had someone from air to come out to check that before going any further. This young man answered all of my questions and was very professional and kind.
Everyone on the team was excellent, including the office staff. The men came when they said they would. They worked extremely hard in a very hot attic. They were extremely polite and friendly. They answe4ed any questions I had. I would hire them again if ever needed.
