ARS Service Express

They have been out to my house 3 times, the first was one of the Home Depot inexpensive check up. They said everything fine suggested a couple items. 3 months later AC not working, tech told me that it was dirty, drain in back shape, showed parts that said should be changed every 5 years, but said he could find nothing wrong, paid over $700 for chemical cleaning, and drain cleaning. A cold front came through so did not need AC but heater not working, they came out and determined the thermostat was not working, changed it and the heater did work, 10 days later the temperature was back in the 80's went to turn AC on and it does not work. I think they miss wired the thermostat but not sure. Having to call them out again. If they do not fix correctly this will be the last time I every use them, even with my relative working at Home Depot.
