Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I contacted Roto Rooter today, a Sunday afternoon, around 3:30p with a backed up toilet issue. I was given a 4 hour window for a technician to arrive. Within 30m I received a call telling me the tech was on the way. Klaus arrived within 10m, took care of the clogged outside line in a courteous and professional manner. I have never had such fast, efficient response to a service call. Pricing was fair also.Thanks!!

I went online to set up an appointment around 5:00 in the evening. I was able to get a next day early morning appointment. The reservation system was very easy to use. They called the next morning to let me know someone was on the way. The plumber was courteous and very thorough. He did a fantastic job. The service experience itself was easily 5 star. However, sheesh, it was crazy expensive. That is the only thing preventing me from giving the entire service 5 stars.

I had already noticed that main sewage line was clogged under guest bathroom, called them up having a major problem with the main sewage line being clogged. They give a free estimate, so no paying until they give you a price, and you decide to continue. If not they leave without pay, no inspection charge. Operator said to expect someone in 2 hours to call, which they called within 3 minutes, and plumber showed up after 30 minutes. Great friendly service guy, name was Jason, he unclogged the main line and got the toilet reset and back in the right way. Had a set price for the cost of job upfront, also had another service specialist coming out to inspect inside the line with camera to ensure everything was, and still is correct down there. Also comes with a 6 month no clog guarantee With the price given upfront. Is a great company to call.

Quite frankly these folks are awesome and saved us so much heartache. Our insurance provider go to specialist let us down. Roto Rooter saved the day, came immediately and started to rectify the issues. Good job as we were due to close on the house in a few days time! Highly recommended!

I had a late night emergency with my main waterline to the house cracking and shooting water everywhere. I called two other companies prior and was basically talked out of having them show up. When Anthony Lopez Tech #3135 arrived he was friendly and very attentive to what needed to be done. Although he didn't have the parts at the time to complete the repair, he made sure that I was able to have running water before he left. He then, after working until midnight, was at my house to finish the job first thing the following morning. I couldn't be happier with him and his kindness. Thank you again Anthony. I will make sure in the future to call you guys with any plumbing issues.
