J & R Premier Plumbing Inc

Kevin of J & R recently completed a shower remodel for me and I am extremely pleased with the results. He replaced an old jacuzzi tub with a walk-in stone and glass shower - a lot of work for a very reasonable price. The remodel was done in two weeks and turned out even better than I had pictured. Kevin has an exceptional work ethic; he is courteous and punctual and explained each step of the process in advance.

UPDATE: I had to change my review based on a referral I gave to my in-laws. They called John to come do some plumbing work on a house they bought, which was 6 streets over from his J&R's home/ office. After charging them $7000, and doing part of the work (had to wait for cabinets to be installed to finish) the next day the contractor showed up to the house and water was flooding the front yard. My father-in-law called John to come out. He said his guy was on a remodel job and could not come over and he was out of pocket. Told him he would have to wait a couple of days. So there are crews there that need access to water and he would not send anyone over. He called McGill plumbing and they sent someone over right away. After they looked at the hookup line, it was plumbed wrong and blew off due to the pressure. It was then we they all noticed no shut off valves under the sinks!!! Once the cabinets were installed the contractor talked to J&R and he said he was going to charge him to come back out to hook up the water in the kitchen. This was supposed to be in the original $7000 estimate. Stay away from these people as they do the least amount they can to get a job done. No excuse as to not putting shut off values on sinks and not knowing how to connect a water line. Especially after charging $7000!! Old review: Water Heater was leaking, called around and got some pretty high prices for a 30 gallon Water Heater install. Had seen J&R's van in our neighborhood, so I gave them a call. John and his crew were out within an hour.

Great company, was quick to respond and great customer service. Will definitely use in the future.

High quality but no emergency service

I own a small business in Seminole and my contractor highly recommended J&R PREMIER PLUMBING INC. There are other plumbing businesses with similar names but, do not make the mistake I did and hire another. Premier gave me the lowest bid, was ready to come to do the work. But, then another plumber showed up promising me he would do the job asap if I hired him so I could open and charging a lot more then Premier. The only reason I hired the other was his verbal promises to do asap after telling him it had to be done asap. I was left with doing part of the job myself which I had to call in help with and repeatedly being a no show he had other jobs and then on the weekend- my shop flooded with water ruining a cabinet my husband had to lift, repair from not sealing a drain line that was right over a gutter and when it rained it filled the shop with water. That took my husband and I a lot of work to fix, move the cabinet which has water damage. I could live with a mistake but, not showing up repeatedly when our verbal agreement was the job would be done asap. That night right after the permit is at the city call me that he was not coming that next day because of other work and the third time. I received a call he would be there 10am the evening before because his cell phone was dying and I had to have all the repair work done for him from cutting up the plaster which my husband and I did until after 10 pm the night before using textural board and waited for several hours the next am so, I was forced to call back Premier because after going on week two to finish and waiting to no call I couldn't afford to wait any longer.
