David came out and installed our new dishwasher .He was very knowledgeable and polite respectful of our home and cleaned up and it really didn’t take much time at all. He showed me how to use my new dishwasher. I was called ahead when scheduling and then called back confirming our scheduled appointment so I wasn’t sitting there waiting. They were prompt I knew exactly when they were going to be there I like that . They have a great system I would definitely recommend David this installer , along with this company . Great team work. Wonderful service. David installed a microwave while I was out of town. It ended up being damaged in shipment. He was great, ordering another one and showing up early to swap it out when it arrived. A super tech. We are very appreciative.

This was a cooktop install. Thomas did a great job! Then I had a small issue after he left. He came back and fixed it no problem!.

Thomas came to my neighbors home in Fairhope, Al , to install a new microwave while I was visiting.. She and I Both agree, he did an excellent, efficient and very professional job . Thomas made sure everything was understood about operating her new appliance and if she had any problems or questions, not to hesitate to call him ......Thomas was very kind, accurate and respectful .. Thomas is definately a trustworthy technician and We Highly recommend him as a referral..

Where to start! They made an appointment but never showed up, never called and then wanted to argue about still being within their 2 hour window. Not like I had a hairball or some clog... I wanted a laundryroom relocated. Next would have been a bathroom addition. After that was the addition of a small laundryroom in my downstairs utility room. Unfortunately, a company has to want to work to get employment. Imagine if I'd had hired them and they failed to show up. That's what I imagine when a company won't even come out for an estimate.
