Cooper was the primary plumber on our new construction home in the East Milton area. Initially, they were moderately helpful with product selection and the overview of services to be provided. Plumbing rough in was done adequately with a few minor, expected issues. However, follow up customer service was virtually non-existent. Cooper seems to have as its policy total insulation from the people who actually pay their bills--the homeower. This may be because of reluctance to work directly with the paying customer but it is unfortunate regardless the building process is much simpler when the customer is able to communicate easily and clearly with the service provider. By contrast, our interaction with LOWES, the ultimate "big box" store, was an absolute dream compared to the nightmare we faced when communcating with Cooper. At one point my wife went to the job site to specifically explain where a fixture went, only to discover that it was STILL installed on the wrong wall. She had to mark the location on the wall with chalk before they got it right. If you are doing any kind of project more complicated than fixing a drain or installing a garbage disposal, look elsewhere. I wish we had. (On a side note, I'll be highly surprised if the technologically-challenged staff at Cooper ever find this review.) Edit: 4 years later, and the technophobic dweebs at Coopers have yet to respond to this review. That should tell you everything and more.
