If this company didn't do your plumbing or if it not new construction they will not help you. So don't bother calling them.

Receptionist stated that they only service homes that they installed the original plumbing in.

I called them when business opened at 8am. I described my problem (toilet clogged, plus backing up from the bathtub to the toilet), and asked when they might be able to work me in. Was told that someone would call me back. I waited 4 hours for a call, before calling them back just before noon. I was told, "Oh. I didn't realize you were residential. We're not accepting residential customers right now: all of our people are working on some new construction." So, 4 hours without a toilet, waiting for a phone call that never came, for service that wasn't on its way. Even if I had commercial work, I wouldn't call them again. Shame, too - I prefer to work with local companies. So, I've called Roto-Rooter on 9 Mile Road. They told me they'd have someone here in a half hour. My advice: don't bother calling them unless you have a big building you want plumbed, and even then, maybe not: if this is an example of how they handle customers, you might end up very disappointed in how they treat you.

New to the area. Just called to have a gas line checked and ran to the riser, they are only doing new construction. I get that she told me to call another company I asked her for their number and she did not have it so I asked her to spell the name and she hung up on me. VERY RUDE!!!!!

Great 1st experience. I recommend them and would use them again. Called them about leak at my rental home. Plumber was running a bit late and I had to reschedule, owner called to apologize. The plumber quoted me before repair and also checked out the other sinks in the home, just to be safe. Very pleased with price and service.
