We had Professor Plumb rip out our old cast iron plumbing and replumb our 2 story, added a full bath from a half bath. They had to trench our foundation, tear out walls and replumb the laundry room as well. Overall EXTREMELY satisfied. Ernie was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and extremely fair. Price was online with the extent of work that needed to be done. Andy the master plumber was a beast, and did just an amazing job. Very punctual, as clean as a plumber can be with the demo that needed to be done, and very professional. The tile guy was GOOD, but maybe slightly less for fit and finish with trim work. I would give an A+ for plumbing by Andy and a A for tile and B for fit and finish of trim work. Overall that is still an A!! I would highly recycle big or small projects from something as simple as a clogged sink drain (which is where ours started) to a major bathroom renovation which ours ended up being. Thanks Ernie we couldn’t be happier!

Was able to get an appointment the same day. The plumber was knowledgeable and the office staff was very friendly. I will recommend them to everyone.

Ernie and his crew were so awesome! We're renovating a home and discovered some issues that needed immediate attention, and also needed a drain line and water lines completely moved. From first meeting and estimate, he was knowledgeable, friendly and honest providing solid info and reasonable pricing. The crew was back the very next day to start the work and they were the absolute best I've seen. They were quick, professional, and left all areas tidy, neat and clean. Very impressed! I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs, y'all should too!

We recently had a major hot water leak under the slab at our house. Andy from Professor Plumb was here first thing in the morning and brought in a leak detection specialist who was able to quickly diagnose the problem even though there was no visual evidence of the leak. Andy immediately started excavation to uncover the broken pipe and was able to get it replaced very quickly. What could have been a big problem turned out to be a temporary inconvenience. I highly recommend Professor Plumb.
