Returned my call the next morning. I gave him a short window when someone would be home and he said he would try to get here the next day or two. Never showed up, never called back. Thanks for wasting my time.

I don’t agree with some of these reviews. We called him at 7:30 am. By Noon Bryan had the job done. He was not expensive at all. He did a great job, he has a great personality and very friendly. This was the 2nd time we have used his business, and we are very happy with the service.

I got a call from the water company saying I "must have a broken pipe" because my water usage was skyrocketing. They recommended Dixon (maybe because they were local to me, maybe because they were in cahoots... I wasn't sure). I called and left a message. Heard back the next morning. I can imagine this being a problem if the water was pouring into my house, but it wasn't. Bryan stopped by about 2 hours later and started the investigation. Bryan was pointing out things about my water lines that I didn't know and through trial and error, found the issue. It took awhile, required digging, and shovels, and getting very dirty in the mud, but Bryan took care of it quickly once he found the issue. I wasn't sure what it would cost to fix (I was imagining thousands of dollars) at the start. Once it was fixed, Bryan probably used $20 worth of materials and the overall bill was a few hundred dollars. This seemed reasonable to me giving the time spent diagnosing the issue and then getting hands-on fixing it. I would definitely recommend and have found my plumber and piping guy should anything happen in the future (although I hope to never see him again)!

Reliable plumber who is very skilled. I use for all my plumbing. Fairly priced. On-time and can respond in a timely manner.

Never responds to phone calls. And when he does actually come to fix he charges outrageous prices.
