Alternative Septic Repair

Bob is very knowledgeable and is A Master plumber. His work ethic is so high he was at every job personally himself. Very caring and worked with me to get all of my work done in a timely manner. He really cares about people not just getting business. He was patient and kind and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him for septic and drain field replacement.

UPDATE, THIS ON TOP IS A SECOND REVIEW OF A 2ND SERVICE FROM 1ST SERVICE REVIEWED BELOW AS THIS SITE DOESN'T LET ME DO A SECOND REVIEW: Last summer 2015 I hired this same company to repair my septic field & left a detailed review on how SUPERB they are. I hired them again to clean out my tank at a different home this past week & once again Bob the owner has proven how Honest he is. Do u know how DIFFICULT it is to find a BUSINES with INTEGRITY? If Mike Holmes lived in the USA, THIS company would be on his list of contractors & workers cause that is how honest he is. Not only did he clean out the tank, but he could have tried swindeling me for more money telling me to do another septic field on this old property, but he explained in detail how it was still working properly with no need for replacing. WAIT, he even gave me an extra 30 DAYS to pay for his services as he saw I am having MAJOR financial issues with a lemon of a home I bought. Talk about honesty, Integrity & understanding. The man was early as well. If the USA had more business like Bob's Alternative Septic Repair, it would be a much better place to do business with. My neighbors are already planning on calling him for their cleanout & future septic needs after I explained to them how honest he is. And let me tell u that i'm VERY particular about who I hire & I am VERY customer oriented. Don't take a chance with others as I first did before I found Alternative Septic. If u do then it's on u. The owner comes out HIMSELF. Love it!! Bob is the MAN & his business is BAR NON the BEST in Hernando COUNTY FLORIDA!! I am SO grateful to have found him & his business. A+++++++ 1ST ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR 1ST TIME. EXCELLENT!! Let me tell u that I called whatever number came up on google in Hernando/Pasco & Hillsborough County. Everyone that came either had poor customer service, was not patient with my questions, tried to get me more money out of me, caught attitude cause I didn't agree with what they were saying, didn't show up, called me me days late or never returned my several calls. This was my 2nd house in a year that I bought where I had to get a septic system replaced and the first time I got screwed with pricing and workmanship. Bob from Alternative septic was Patient with all my questions, never caught an attitude, he did everything he said he would, was quite punctual as well which was surprising to me as MOST Floridian businesses I've dealt with don't know the meaning of punctuality, he did everything by the book, didn't try to get more money out of me and was honest with me about everything. Fairly priced as well. I am VERY BIG on customer service, punctuality, integrity and doing things right. Don't try to take SHORTCUTS, pay a bit more and get it done right with no B S!! He does what he says, he is a man of his word, very patient, great to do business with. I told him when I move I want his services again even if I have to pay more to get him to come out to an area he doesn't normally come out to. If u try another company and u don't get all that was mentioned above, then u deserve what u get cause I did warn u. And let me tell u I was doing my research and going back and forth with companies from Oct.24, 2014 till JULY 215. That's a lot of research and b s from other companies. Sometimes u get what u pay for, so be careful. I've already recommended Alternative Septic to my neighbors who plan on using his services after seeing his work first hand. GET THIS, most other companies wanted money UP FRONT....that's an alarm, they are more concerned with getting their money. BOB didn't want ANY money up front. He said he will do EVERYTHING FIRST, THEN when i'm satisfied, I pay him in full at the END. U know if ur willing to take a chance on not getting paid, or some b s happening with slick customers, then u know BOB is real with his workmanship. Think about it, why should I pay u up front or even half for a job if u can screw me during the process. If I pay u AFTER u do ALL the work, then it means ur going to work as hard as possible to earn that money.
