I called Monday evening and with most of their workers in Panama City helping with hurricane victims, they were able to send out a plumber next morning....thank you. Disgusting and dishonest business practices. Tried to charge the wife of a deployed service member $280 to replace the two bolts that connect the rear tank to the toilet bowl. In all they wanted over $560 to repair the toilet.

I called these folks Sunday at noon with a stopped up sewer line and they told me immediately a 2 hour window (2 - 4 pm). The guy was here at 2:30 pm and done in an hour. Reasonable price of $260. the line is clear and he looked at the line from the inside to tell me the cause and location of the stoppage.

We love Mr. Rooter! This was the 2nd time we called them with a problem. And once again they were knowledgeable, quick, very friendly and have reasonable rates! This company truly cares about the customer and they prove it. :)
