I had an issue with my water heater this week. Chad came out and accessed the situation and helped with a work order, etc. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a serious lack of communication after that which led to quite a bit of frustration. However, Tonya spoke with me and apologized for the lack of communication and promised an install first thing the next morning. Leo was out bright and early and he was phenomenal!! He started out by apologizing for the mix up the day before, got to work and had it done very quickly, leaving no mess behind. He was very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the service and will use the company again

Not a good experience. Poor customer service. No return phone call until after email still no response. I finally called again. Not satisfied with the solution of high charge for service we received. The manager did not even have the decency to speak with us. Did offer a resolution however we would have had to kept their service. I waited a couple of weeks to see if he would call us back. I also waited to tell friends that signed up for the yearly service they offer. Think twice do your research BBB.

From my initial phone call with Awesome Amy (who is indeed awesome) to the response professional Nick who came to address my issue and right through to the installation by Leo and Brian of the new water filtration system that we purchased, my experience with The Surfing Plumbers was outstanding. I'm a proud and content member of the Club Kahuna -- it's just smart money to spend at an incredibly reasonable rate. Highly recommend them.

Wanted to give a review for a great Surfin Plumber—Loren Leonardo. He was prompt, courteous, and very patient as I wasn’t sure where the problem was. He expertly knew what do and quickly solved my plumbing problem! Thanks Loren, my family appreciates you!

I contacted Surfin Plumbers after my AC went out and they responded immediately. Amy, who was very courteous and professional, did some preliminary inspections and presume readings. When she saw that they were low, she contacted Stephen Fitzpatrick who is the Field Service Manager to confirm findings and provide potential solutions. His professionalism was SECOND TO NONE, and he had apparent extensive knowledge in the field. What impressed me the most was his selfless and caring attitude with me and my family. He went out of his way to give us the best price. We are glad to have him in our corner, Quinton, the installations manager he had come out to save us money was absolutely spectacular.
